Patrick Berchell Peters, October 7, 1959 – January 7, 2022

Patrick Berchell Samuel Peters was born in Parika, West coast of Demerara on 7th October 1959. His parents were Inez O Peters and Lyndee W Peters AKA Wilton Peters.

He attended Nursery in West Ruimveldt Primary and Secondary schools in East LaPenitence Georgetown Guyana. He married the beautiful Yutive  on June 25th 1983 in Georgetown Guyana. He graduated from Critchlow labor college with a degree in Mechanical  Engineering.

He worked as a  security investigator for the US Embassy for 10 plus years. He served as a Police constable , Custom officer and Firefighter. He served as a Deacon in Agape Seventh Day Baptist Church and was a vital part of the men ministry. He received several honorary awards from the state department for security training from the FBI and other security agencies.

Patrick Peters loved GOD, music,food, family and friends. He was Kind and caring, personable, able to entertain a crowd. Knew everyone by name and always willing to hold a conversation like a lost old friend. Stern and well mannered, A  Gentleman who could always be counted on to dress sharply and fashionable at any occasion.

He was the embodiment of optimistic – believed the sky is limitless. You can dream it, you can obtain it. Exuberant – loved life! And live passionately

Sophophilic – one of his favorite sayings “they can never take what’s in your brains. Knowledge is power”

Patrick Peters unfortunately transitioned on the 7th Jan 2022

Patrick is preceded in death by his Parents, Inez and Wilton Peters, Siblings, Enerstine  Rollins, Butch Ross, Norma Prince and Samuel Peters

Patrick Peters is survived by his wife Yutive Peters

Daughters: Malika Greer, Marissa James, Marika Baah and Meqele Williams

Sons: Anton Greer, Brandon Baah and Daniel Williams

Grandchildren: Tara Baah and Titus Baah

Brothers: Oswald Prince, Mitchell Prince, Carl Prince, Leslie Prince, Keith Hazard, Luke Hazard

Sisters: Joan, kathlety and Carrol

Nephews: Hewitt,Raul, Jomond,Justin ,Jermaine, Robert, Jeremy ,Paul and many others

Nieces: Karen, Onika, Marsha, Diane, Lonette and Jonelle and many others.

Family of: Peters, Prince, Hazard Stafford, Whyte, Archer and many others.

The Peters family  greatly appreciated the love expressed towards them. We would like to thank everyone for their  constant support during this difficult time of sorrow. The Peters family would  also like to extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Gooding, Agape Seventh Day Baptist, First Love International Min, Pastor Thomas, Family and Friends around the globe.
