Shelly’s desires in life are to be a successful singer /songwriter, a responsible mother and a devoted wife. This is the fuel that drives this diva, singing since the age of six in church, in her school dorms and eventually auditioning on the talent exclusive show which earned her a lead recording roll at Dynamix Recording Studio.

Recording music over the past six years had been an exciting journey for Shelly G recording hits with the likes of Luciano, First Born, Fojo, Jah Cure, Rudy Corbin, JB, and Chutney sensation De Hitman Parboo. She was also the opening act for lots of international artist on tour to Guyana, Akon, Beenieman, Jah Cure, Beres Hammond, Maxi Priest, R&B sensation Ashanti, Soca Queen Allison Hinds and Lady Saw to name a few.

In 2005, she was first runner up in The Guyana Carib Soca Monarch, and went on to win the Carib Sopca Monarch Title in February of 2009. Music is the blood that runs through her veins and she practically lives in the Studio, recording in Jamaica, Trinidad and Guyana courtesy of Vizion Sounds, Platinum 101 Trinidad and Dynamix Music.
