US
Deports alleged Nazi war Criminal and how it affects everyone
- April 14, 2009
A landmark process is
underway today in the US with the deportation of an alleged Nazi war criminal -John Demjanjuk
that can affect
many of us and will have long reaching effects. It demonstrates that all naturalized citizens have the
lifelong burden of proof to demonstrate that all information
furnished during their immigration and naturalization process,
including immigrant visa application is true.
If you have been following the
story over the last 25 years you would have learned that John
Demjanjuk has been thoroughly investigated by the US and Israel to determine if he was responsible for crimes committed during
WWII and he is finally being deported because of alleged
falsifying US immigration and naturalization
application information.
I am not passing judgment on the
case; however we all must ponder the circumstances and the end
result. And by using
this case I want to bring to light the cases of two other
individuals that have been accused of mass murder and are
currently in the US
The two individuals currently in
the US that have been accused of mass murder (terrorism) and are still
free to roam the streets of the US are Luis Posada Carriles and Orlando Bosch. They have been accused of masterminding and plotting the
blowing up of Cubana Airlines on October 06, 1976 and I hope
they will be investigated with the same fervor as was John
Demjanjuk and appropriate justice meted out to them.
I would urge all, both born and naturalized Americans to research
the above individuals analyze their backgrounds and alleged crimes and urge their state representatives to use the John Demjanuk case as precedent for bringing
Luis Posada Carriles and Orlando Bosch to justice.
